Each sweatshirt is embroidered with a custom portrait of your pet and comes with a 5x7 printed sketch of the pet portrait. If you’d like, we’ll even add your initials to the cuff to give the sweatshirt an extra custom touch.

-Select your sweatshirt color, size and thread color. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be sent an email requesting 1 hi-res image of your pet.
-From there we'll take your image and have it turned into a custom sketch, which will then be sent to you for approval. Each sweatshirt will have 2 round of revisions on the sketch and from there your sweatshirt will then be moved to production.

Sizing:
All sweatshirts are unisex, if you are between sizes we recommend going up.
Fabric:
-This structured hoodie and is made of an 80% cotton / 20% polyester blend.
Care Info:
-Handwashing your sweatshirt is recommended in order to maintain longevity of the garment.

I have multiple pets, can they all be on one sweatshirt?
Yes! Each additional pet portrait can be added for an additional $85/pet.
I'd like a different colored sweatshirt than the options you have listed, is that possible?
Let's try! Select ‘other’ on your order and we’ll send you an email to we'll see what we can do.
Can I select a different thread color than the ones you have listed?
Yes, absolutely! Select 'other' when placing your order and then reply to your confirmation email with the thread color you're thinking. If it's not possible, we'll work with you to find one that works!

Do you accept returns?
All custom orders are final sale. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right. We want you to be happy with your order!
Shipping Costs
Orders ship within the United States for a $8 flat fee.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only able to support shipments within the United States. We're hoping to expand internationally shortly!
When will my order ship?
It's just me running this whole operation (thank you for your support!) and currently these sweatshirts take approximately 3 weeks to produce and 1 week to ship.
