How It Works

-Select your sweatshirt color, size and thread color. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be sent an email requesting 2-3 hi-res images of your pet.

-You may select your thread color when adding the sweatshirt to your cart. If there’s a color I don’t offer but you’d like to use, select “Other (please email color choice)” and I’ll reach out to you once the order has been placed.

-Once you’ve placed your order, please reply to the email you receive with 2-3 high-res images of your pet.

FAQs

I have multiple pets, can they all be on one portrait?

Yes! Each additional pet portrait can be added for an additional $50/pet. Please email us before purchasing to arrange.

I'd like a different colored sweatshirt than the options you have listed, is that possible?

Let's try! Send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

Can I select a different thread color than the ones you have listed?

Yes, absolutely! Select 'other' when placing your order and then reply to your confirmation email with the thread color you're thinking. If it's not possible, we'll work with you to find one that works!

Shipping & Returns

Do you accept returns?

All custom orders are final sale. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right. We want you to be happy with your order!

Shipping Costs

Orders ship within the United States for a $5 flat fee.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to support shipments within the United States. We're hoping to expand internationally shortly!

When will my order ship? It's just me running this whole operation (thank you for your support!) and currently these sweatershirts take approximately 1 week to produce and 1 week to ship.
